Our contractual shipping partner is Pošta Slovenije. The customer can choose between two delivery methods: Pošta Slovenije – Standard delivery and Pošta Slovenije – Express delivery.

Standard delivery: The customer covers the shipping costs if the purchase amount is less than €59; otherwise, shipping costs are FREE. The delivery fee is €3.90, which will be displayed at the checkout and included on the invoice you receive with your ordered products.

Express delivery: The shipping fee is a flat rate regardless of the purchase amount, specifically €9.50. It will be displayed at the checkout and included on the invoice you receive with your ordered products. For orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 10:00 AM, Express delivery guarantees delivery within 24 hours.

Once we have handed the package over to the delivery service, Pošta Slovenije, we will send you an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

The final delivery to your address depends on the conditions at Pošta Slovenije. When Pošta Slovenije collects the package, they will notify you via SMS or email. Through the link provided in the message, you can change your collection point to a parcel locker or a gas station. More information can be found on the Pošta Slovenije website. Delivery of goods ordered in the online store is only possible within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
